The small area forecast dataset is an axiomatic dataset. It holds the small areas of a forecast. Normally it is a council dataset, with boundaries provided by the council the forecast is built for. For a demo forecast, the boundaries come from the suburb or locality forecast dataset, which Place Forecast merges into larger small areas.
