We provide a fast and efficient population and housing forecast designed specifically for local government, with local communities at the heart of all we do. We call it Place Forecast.
Our work started when we realised how many decisions affecting local communities are based on inaccurate and out-of-date forecast information. In a world that is changing fast, we knew we needed to recalibrate more often.
We believe that by providing up-to-date forecasts reflective of what is actually happening on the ground now, more local communities will engage with their future.

Having worked in a wide variety of domains, he's now applying his skills in the realm of demography and big datasets to produce reliable and up-to-date forecasts.
